2015 saw a record year for Crystal, institutional banks further return to lending & the advent of alternative investment vehicles has meant that the number of lenders and products available in the specialist market has been the highest for nearly half a decade.

It is, therefore, an opportune time for a specialist distributer, who deals solely with these lenders, to establish itself as “the” comparison tool for the hard to reach Lender or Product. We have made further significant investments into our business infrastructure including new premises , IT systems and Staff Skill sets to ensure you and our customers receive the best possible service within the specialist market. Allowing for a high quality of customer journey.

As such in 2015 we look forward to receiving new enquiries from new customers, whilst remaining confident in the products and processes that we have in place to ensure the highest conversion rates possible.

Case Study

A client who was referred to us only had seven days remaining within which to complete on a £1M residential refinance to take advantage of a discount being offered by the existing lender. Let down by a lender originally approached at the eleventh hour we negotiated the use of the aborted valuation already undertaken to arrange the finance. The client completed with four days to spare with the borrowing arranged in a limited company structure. NO personal guarantees were sought. Finance was arranged at 1.3% per month, and the property was sold and the finance redeemed within three months.
